HatchPix is a small invite-only beta. We only ask for the photo needed to make the animated sticker pack you requested.

What we process

When you upload a photo, we use it to create a style board and the animated stickers in your selected pack. Stickers are AI-generated from your photo. We do not offer accounts, profiles, or a public gallery in this beta.

If you join the waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when beta access reopens; email hello@hatchpix.com to have it deleted.

Who else sees your photo

We send your photo to third-party AI image-generation service providers to make your stickers. Those providers may process data outside your country. We do not control their temporary processing, and we do not authorize them to retain your photo or use it to train their models.

When your source photo is deleted

Your uploaded source image is deleted immediately after a successful pack. If a pack fails, the source remains available only for the retry flow and expires within 24 hours. We do not put your source photo in the ZIP download.

Short-lived styling copy

To let a retry of the same photo and selected style reuse work without another generation, HatchPix may keep the resulting stylized canonical image for up to 24 hours. It is keyed to that photo and subject type, is not included in your ZIP, and is automatically removed with its cache record after that retention window.

What remains available

The generated GIFs, master frames, and ZIP file remain available for up to 24 hours so you can download the pack, then are automatically cleaned up. This local beta build does not promise long-term hosting or recovery of generated files.

Your data rights (GDPR)

You can ask for access to, or deletion of, personal data that HatchPix still holds about your beta use. Email hello@hatchpix.com with the invite code or download details you used, if available, so we can locate the relevant short-lived records. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

HatchPix beta is operated by the site owner; the company entity will be added before any paid launch. We process your photo on the legal basis of your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

Your choices

• Only upload a photo you have permission to use.
• Do not use HatchPix for sensitive, illegal, or harmful material.
• If you do not want your photo processed, do not submit it.

Refund policy

HatchPix is free during beta, so there is no payment to refund. If paid packs launch, our current plan is a 14-day refund window for unused or materially failed purchases. Final eligibility, payment handling, and the paid policy may change before launch.

Beta terms

HatchPix is experimental software. Generation can fail, style details can vary, and export guides are instructions rather than native WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord sticker packages. Invite quotas are limited packs, not a payment entitlement in this beta.

Cookies: HatchPix does not use tracking cookies. It only sets the necessary session cookie used to keep beta access working.
